SSDC: Drive (boot) - Where Premiere Pro is installed. Traditional disk for D: drive . I am running the latest version of Premiere Pro (14.4.0 build 38) Since everything is brand new, patched, and updated; I am thinking it probably config issue with my setup (or a bug but I don't see anyone else having the issue).
